City of Clearwater be authorized and directed, collectively and individually,
to represent the City of Clearwater and to institute and prosecute whatever
judicial proceedings necessary for the collection of said rental on behalf of
the City of Clearwater.
2. That the appropriate municipal officers of the City of Clearwater
are hereby authorized to execute all necessary instruments, such as
Affidavits, bonds, pleadings and otherwise to institute and prosecute said
proceedings for the collection of the above specified rental, costs and
charges from said Edward B. Klein, individually, and doing business as
