1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a public street for use by the general public, and the City of

the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as street right of way,
although the same is to be used for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
street by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY
ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
Clearwater generally as their interests may appear:
The North 30 feet of Lot 9 in F. E. Hanousek' s Sub-
division of the W-1/2 of the NE-1/4 and the SE-1/4
of the NW-1/4 of Section 22, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page
41, Official Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 1962.
