WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of certain real
estate hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, it is desired to dedicate said property for public
purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY
ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property is hereby dedicated
for public purposes for the use and benefit of the citizens of the City
of Clearwater, Florida:
Lot 5, City Park Subdivision, according to
Map or Plat thereof as recorded-in Plat Book 23,
Page 37 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.
