the City, formally approving said Agreement and authorizing the proper

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY
ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
Thut Lite Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officarx of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Air Line Railroad
Company, bearing date of , 1962, in connection with the laying,
maintaining and operating under the track, and property of the Seaboard
Air Lino Railroad Company a line of 2-•3/8 inch (O. D.) steel pipe within a
6-5/8 inch steel casing pipe near Safety Harbor, Pinellas County, Florida,
for the conveyance of natural gas, crossing under the property and tracks of
the Railroad at a point 1, 898 feet, more or less, northwardly from its Mile
