WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, has received and favorably considered the Petition of THE
b'r'fr (ar;s1+:• ``•;?? MEADOWS OF CLEARWATER, INC., a Florida Corporation, to vacate
part of plat containing the following described lands, said corporation
being the record fee simple owner of the following described real property

Lots 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of PINELLAS GROVES in the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 19, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55

and it appearing that M. LESTER HARN, who holds a first mortgage
against said lands, has consented in writing to such vacation, that there
are no outstanding equities owned by anyone else whomsoever affecting

not affect the ownership of persons owning other parts of said Subdivision,

replat thereof for a subdivision to be known as "THE MEADOWS", which
new plat was approved by this Commission through the City Manager of
the City of Clearwater on May 21, 1962.

COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY
ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
That that certain part of the Plat of PINELLAS GROVES SUB-
DIVISION recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, which included above described lands, be,
and the same is hereby vacated insofar as the City Commission has '
authority so to do.
