;1 Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company to grant unto it the right or license

maximum operating pressure of 5 PSI, a line of 2-inch steel pipe on the
extreme westerly portion of the Railroad Company's rlght of way at
Gr'` apt '', Clearwater, Florida; said pipe line beginning at a point on the western
boundary line of said right of way, which right of way is 30 feat wide on
each side of the center line of the Railroad Company's main track; said

line from Mile Post RE-880; running thence castwardly approximately
one foot to a point 29 feet westwardly, measured radially or at right angles
from the center line of the Railroad Company's main track; thence north-

existing 2-inch gas lina together with the right and privilege to maintai

a valve near the northern and of said pipe line; and

WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to that effect
for formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as the proper
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted
by said City, formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper
City officials to execute same •
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, IN
SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute a certain agreement with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company,
bearing date of March 29, 1962, in connection with the right or license to
maintain for the purpose of conducting natural gas not to exceed a maximum
operating pressure of 5 PSI, a line of 2-inch steel pipe on the extreme
westerly portion of the Railroad Company's right of way at Clearwater, Florida;
said pipe line beginning at a point on the western boundary line of said right of
way, which right of way is 30 feet vride on each side of the center line of the
Railroad Company's main track; said point being distant 2, 250 feet northwardly,
measured along said center line from Mile Post RE-880; running thence east-
wardly approximately one foot to a point 29 feet westwardly, measured radially
or at right angles from the center line of the Railroad Company's wain track;
thence northwardly concentric and/or parallel with said center line 280 feet
to an existing 2-inch gas line; together with the right and privilege to main-
tain a valve near the northern end of said pipe line; as more particularly
described in said agreement.
