vIREPEAS, it has been datermined by the City Commicsion of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, that tho property described be-
low should be cleaned of woedn, grass and/or underbrush, and that
after ten (10) days notice and failure of the owner thereof to
do so, the City should clean ouch property and charge the coats
thereof against the respective property.
110-e1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Co=isafon of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the following described pro-
perty, situate in said City, shall be cleaned of weeds, grass andjor
underbrush within ten (10) days nftcr notice in writing to the owners
thereof to do so and that upon failure to comply with said notice, the
City shall perform such cleaning and charge the costs thereof against
the respective properties in accordance with Section 120 of the Char-
ter of the City of Clearwater, as mended.
