WHEREAS, the developers of said subdivision, North Point
Corporation, already has on deposit with the City of Clearwater an
amount equal to the cost of the standard street lighting system; and
WHEREAS, the residents and property owners of the above said,
streets agree to pay to the City the difference between the cost of the

WHEREAS, Sunset Lake Estates Association agrees to collect
from each property owner an amount equal to 50? per front font, which

said amounts will be laced in escrow and paid out to the City as needed;

WHEREAS, it is deemed to be to the beat interest and advantage
of the City and the general public that a modern white-way street lighting
system be installed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER.
FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY
ASSEMBLED. AS FOLLOWS:
?.. 1. That the City of Clearwater cooperate with the Sunset Lake
Estates Association in their request for a modern white-way street
lighting system in their community embracing Elizabeth Lane, Nugget
Drive. June Bells Drive. Picardv Circle. Aiaonoitin Drive and gm1ivP_nir
Drive.
2. That the City purchase and install with City forces this modern
white-way system in accordance with plans and specifications to be approved
by the Association through its President, or any duly authorized committee
appointed by the President, at such time as the additional money to be
collected for this improvement is ready for payment to the City.
3. That the City Manager, together with the committee appointed
by the Sunset Lake Estates Association, is authorized to work out any
further details connected with this project in order to bring it to completion,
4. That certified copies of this Resolution be delivered to the Sunset
Lake Estates Association for its use in obtaining solicitations.
