WHEREAS, the First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, is
Trustee of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated June 10, 1957, which
Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of Utility
Revenue Certificates Series of 1956; and
WHEREAS, said First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, is
also Trustee of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated October 21, 1959,
which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of
Utility Revenue Certificates Series of 1959; and
WHEREAS, said First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, is
further Trustee of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated December 22,

1960, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale
of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1960; and
WHEREAS, Construction Trust Fund derived from proceeds of the
sale of Utility Revenue Certificates Series of 1956 now has a balance remaining
of $1, 744. 00 and Construction Trust Fund derived from proceeds of the sale
of Utility Revenue Certificates Series of 1959 has a balance remaining of
$6, 206. 77; and
WHEREAS, said Construction Trust Funds derived from proceeds of
the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates Series of 1956 and 1959 now remain
inactive, it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City.
that these balances in the total sum of $7, 950. 77 be transferred to the
Construction Trust Fund derived from the proceeds of the sale of Utility
Revenue Certificates Series of 1960;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $1,744. 00 be transferred from the Construction
Trust Fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, Trustee
i thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated June 10, 1957,

Utility Revenue Certificates Series of 1959, to the Construction Trust
Fund of which the First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, is Trustee
thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated December 22, 1960,
which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of
Utility Revenue Certificates Series of 1960.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction
of the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to transfer the foregoing sums
directly to the Construction Trust Fund which is derived from proceeds of
the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates Series of 1960 forthwith in compliance
with Section 9 and other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreements.
