WHEREAS, said parcels of real property are either adjacent to
certain upland property presently owned by the City of Clearwater or are
adjacent to certain upland road rights of way and will be used by the City
of Clearwater for municipal purposes including road right of way and park
purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The City of Clearwater officially requests that the Trustees of
the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida convey to the City
of Clearwater the following described parcels of real property which will
be used by the City of Clearwater for municipal purposes in completing
the proposed extension of Drew Street and the creation of said above-described
Bayfront drive:
