WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hexninaftor
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as street right of way,
although the same is and has been used for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate
said street by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORI-
DA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED,
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a public street for use by the general public, and the City of
Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
That part of Lot 67, DREW PARK, according to a map
or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 40 of
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described
as follows: Begin at the SW corner of Section 10, Town-
ship 29 South, Range 15 East; run thence N 89005120" E,
along the South line of said Section 10, 65. 28 feet; thence
N 01 17155T1 W, 25. 0 feet for a point of beginning; thence
N 01017155" W, along the West right of way line of Fern
Avenue, 10.0 feet; thence S 4305312611 W, 7. 05 feet;
thence S 8900512011 W, 9. 72 feet; thence S 4BO3714511 E,
along the Easterly line of description in Deed to State Road
Department in O. R. Book 636, Pages 356 to 363, 7. 41 feet;
thence N 8900512011 E, 9. 28 feet to the P. O. B.
2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
