RESOLUTION
No, 62 - 10
WHEREAS, the Florida Power Corporation has requested an
easement for the installation and maintenance of utilities over, under
and across City owned property in Pinebrook Subdivision, Unit #z; and
WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of the City that the City of
Clearwater grant such easement to the Florida Power Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the appropriate officials of the City of Clearwater,

Florida, be authorized and directed to execute and deliver to the
Florida Power Corporation the easement requested over the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State

SUBDIVISION, UNIT #2, according to map or plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 71 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
