Frank Hancock, Jr. that the R-1 zoning restriction recited in a deed from the City of Clearwater to the said J. Frank Hancock, Jr. , which deed is filed for record in Deed Book 1634, page 67 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, be rescinded in order that the property may be sold to the Pinellas County Board of Public Instruction for erection of a school building; and WHEREAS, it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general public that said R-1 zoning restriction be rescinded; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI'T'Y COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: be and the same is hereby rescinded and made void. 2.
