RESOLUTION
No, 61 - 1 LL
^?-" _.••.,_ WHEREAS, Briley, Wild k Associates have heretofore been retained
by the City of Clearwater to perform services as covered by the statement
therefor hereinafter described; and,
WHEREAS, said services, as so described, have been performed
and there is due and payable said Engineers from the City of Clearwater
the sum of $660. 00, according to the statement of said Engineers dated
December 1, 1961, a copy of which is hereto attached and by reference
made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLOR-
IDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED,
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $660. 00 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof
of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated December 22, 1960, which
Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of Utility
Revenue Certificates, Series of 1960.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to saidTrustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to
the said Engineers forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (b) and other
provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of Dec mber, 1961.
