WHEREAS, pursuant thereto said improvements have been

WHEREAS, after public hearing on the 19th day of ee -
ber , 196 0 , the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, determined that certain work and improvements hereinafter
descroed should be done and made, and,
made as follows:
The properties facing and abutting these improvements are deemed to
derive special benefits therefrom.
vmtREAS, under the provisions of Section 123 and other per-
tinent provisions of the City Charter, after said improvements shall
have been completed, the City Commission shall assess the cost th•roof
against the properties facing and abutting and receiving benefits from
said improvements so made; and,
"HER M , certain parcels of real estate facing and abutting
and in the vicinity of said improvements have been benefitted thereby
and the pro-rata cost thereof shall be assessed against such property;
NOS' T, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV7D BY THE CITY COMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWAT"R, FLORI'DAO IN SESSION DULY AND
REGULARLY ASSMIBLEA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the above described improvements in the area
of Bamboo Lane, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby accepted and approved as having been completed.
2. That the following described properties facing and abutting
and in the vicinity of the aforesaid improvements are hereby deemed to

3. That if assessments herein made are not paid within
thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the City Treasurer is here-
by directed to issue and sell certificates of indebtedness under
Section 124 of the City Charter, which certificates shall bear in-
