COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED AS

That said alley 16 feet in width, running east-west, which is
i located West of South Myrtle, East of S.A. L. Railroad, between Grand
Central and Jeff ords Street in Block 4 of Milton Park, as recorded in
Plat Book 1, Page 69 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City
of Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title
and interest thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled
