NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY
ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is
hereby dedicated as a public street for use by the general'public, and
'the City of Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
The North 50 feet of the following described tract of
land: The North 288 feet of the Southwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 29
South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida,
less the East 368 feet thereof.
2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 1961.

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as street right of
way, although the same is and has been used for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate
said street by formal resolution;
