WHEREAS, it has been requested by Lincourt Holding Corporation,
the owner of certain real property situated at the Southeast corner of the
Intersection of South Lincoln Avenue and Court Street in the City of
Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a
certain portion ofithe platted and dedicated right of way of South Lincoln
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said portion of the right of way It not necessary nor
required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the
City and the general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED AS
FOLLOWS;
1. That the following described portion of the platted and dedicated
