WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property, and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property should be dedicated as a utility easement, since the same
is and has been used for such purposes, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
easement by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY
ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is here-
by dedicated as a utility easement for use by the general public, and the
City of Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
Begin at the SE corner of the NE-1/4 of the NW-1/4
of the SW-1/4 of Sec. ZZ-29-15, and run Northerly
along the fractional section line 24 feet to P. O. B. ;
thence run N 89°17'3611 W along a line parallel to
the South line of said NE-1/4 of the NW-1/4, 250 feet
to P. O.E. , said line being the center line of a 6 foot
. utility easement.
2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 1961.
