?µWHEREAS, tho owners of Lots 5 and 9, Replat of Blocks 80
and 81 of Unit 5, Mandalay Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 24,
Page 80, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, have
requested that the following described casement as shown on said
Plat be vacated and that the City of Clearwater renounce and disclaim
any interest of the City and the public in said vacated easement:
The North 8 feet of Lots 5 and 9. Replat of Blocks
80 and 81 of Unit 5, Mandalay Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 80 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
and,
WHEREAS, the above described easement has never been
used by the general public and vacating it will not cause any undue
hardship upon anyone; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and
the general public that the above described easement be vacated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE am =
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, -Co
FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ? ry,

to those persons entitled thereto by law.
