WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 876 was previously passed on October

WHEREAS, it is now in order that said Utilities Tax Improvement
Certificates, Series of 1960, be sold at public sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED AS

FOLLOWS:
1. That the $840, 000 Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates,
Series of 1960, dated December 1, 1960, authorized to be issued pur-
suant to Ordinance No. 876, adopted on October 10, 1960, shall be'
sold at public sale on scaled proposals to be received at a meeting of
':>f the City Commission to be held on the 23rd day of May, 1961, at two
O'clock P. M.
2. That the City Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized to
have a notice of sale of said bonds in substantially the form annexed
hereto as Exhibit "A" published in such publications and at such times
as he shall deem advisable.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
