concrete pipe across the right of way and under the main track of the

''_` ` `' `''-•j `' WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to that effect
for formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as the proper
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted b
said City, formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper
City officials to execute the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, IN SESSION
DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED AS FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal officers
of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered to execute
a certain agreement with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, bearing
date of April 13, 1961, in connection with the installation, for the purpose of
a storm sewer, a line of 12-inch reinforce concrete pipe across the Atlantic
Coast Line Railroad Company right of way and under tracks at Turner
Street in Clearwater, Florida, at a point 660 feet northwardly, measured
along the center line of said main track, from Mile Post RE-B82.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, A. D. 1961.
