1. That the State Road Department and the State Road Board
be requested to prohibit all parking on that portion of Gulf to Bay
Boulevard (State Road 60) built with curb and gutter or raised curb from
Court Street (MP 1.661) easterly to MP 5.973; and that on highway type
roadway extending from MP 5. 973 easterly to MP 9.'443 (Clearwater
East City Limits) be prohibited within 10 feet of the edge of the pavement.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished the
State Road Department as well as the State Road Board.

RESOLUTION
No. 6137
WHEREAS, the State Road Department and the State Road Board
have completed the improvement and widoning of Gulf to Bay Boulevard
(State Road 60) between Court Street and U. S. 19 within the City
limits of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary in order to insure the expeditious
movement of traffic to prohibit parking on Gulf to Bay Boulevard from
Court Street easterly to the East City Limits of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, this action requires the approval of the State Road
Board of Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED AS
FOLLOWS:
