aria}`` ' ; WHEREAS, The City of Clearwater has found it necossary to Install
a four inch steel pipe for conducting natural gas across the Atlantic Coast
Line Railroad Company's right of way and under tracks at Dunedin, Florida,
?<<?? ?;,?'>,?#.?=..•,t:r-: '. at a point 2,119 feet South of mile post RE-877, at Wilson Street; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to that effect
for formal' execution by its corporate officers, as well as the proper
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted by said
City, formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper City

officials to execute the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY

ASSEMBLED AS FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal officers
of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered to execute
a certain agreement with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, bearing
date of February 13, 1961, in connection with the installation of a four inch
steel pipe for conducting natural gas across the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad
Company right of way and under tracks at Dunedin, Florida, at a point 2,119
feet South of mile post RE--877, at Wilson Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, A. D. 1961.
