WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the
hereinafter described property, and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City
Commission, that said property has never been formally dedicated
as street right-of-way, although the same is and has been used
for such purposes, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedi-
cate said streets by formal resolution.
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DUTY AND REGULARLY ASSM4BrLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the
same is hereby dedicated as public streets for use by the general
public, and the City of Clearwater, generally as their interests
may appear:
From the Southwest corner of Section 14, Town-
ship 29 South, Range 15 East, run S 89003,26" E,
along the Section line, 1173.0 feet to the South-
easterly corner of Parkwood Second Addition as
