No. 61 - 8
11RIEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the here-
inafter described property, and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City
Commission that said property has never been formally dedicated as
street right-of-way, although the name is and has been used for such
purposes, and
WITEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedi-
cate said streets by formal resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COT-MISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATE:?, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLO.11S :
1. That the following described property be and the same
is hereby dedicated as public streets for use by the general public,
and the City of Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
The Southernmost fifty feet (509 of the following
described tract to be used for road right of way
purposes only: From the Southwest corner of Section
23, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, run South
89114'57" East along the South lino of the S-1! of
said said Section 23, 337.39 feet to a Point of Beginning;
thence run North 0°17115" West along the West line
of the East Three quarters (E 314) of the Southwest
of the Southwest 4 of said Section 23, 663.33 feet
to a point on the 10 Acre Line; thence run South
a` 891101091' East along the 10 Acre Line 262.75 feet;
thence run South 0°17'15" East parallel to the West
01 line of the East Three Quarters'(E 3/4) of the 51,1
of the 9,14 of said Section 23, 662.96 feet to a
a point on the South line of said Southwest One-
(quarter (Ml l) thence run North 89°14'57" West along
said South line of the SS'14, 262.75 feet, to the
Point of Beginning, containing 4.00 acres.
Said property is a portion of Bellcair Road right-
of-way.
2. This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
