I'ME''REAS, Annie P. Hamilton, a widow, as the record owner
and in possession of Lot 2, Block A and Lot 1, Block 13, Revised Map
of Jurgen's Addition to Clearwater, according to map or plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 17 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, has requested the City Commission of Clearwater
to vacate the North Fifty-six feet (N 56') of Vine Street, as shown
on said plat, since it has never at any time been used by the public
and has for many years been actually the site of a dwelling house;
and
IMEREAS, it has been duly verified by City officials that
said street has not been developed and used by the City or the
general public, and serves no useful purpose, and it is deemed to
be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general
public that the same be vacated;
NMI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSI;MLED AS
FOLLOWS-
1. That said North Fifty-six feet (N 56') of Vine Street,
as the same is s?town upon a plat thereof designated as Revised 14ap
of Jurgen's Addition to Clearwater and Recorded in Plat Book 4,
Paqe 17 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, be, and
the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title
and interest thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled
thereto by law, as abutting lot owners.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished
to Annie P. Hamilton.
PASdED AND ADOPTED this Ath day of February, A.D. 1961.
