WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has found it necessary to €?:r ° •b,
install, construct and maintain for the conduct of electric cur-
' rent two 2-'inch galvanized steel electric conduit pipes upon the *I w,
property of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company in or near (: A,•':tpnS
Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, crossing under the prop-
ert and tracks of the Railroad 4,084 feet more or les"s south- ?.'.?x43

see's drawing Job No. 60215 H.I.A, dated December 13, 1960, ' at-
tached and made a part of the Agreement hereinafter referred to;
and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to that of- r
fect for formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as
the proper municipal officers of the City of Clearwater; and "
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adapted.
by said City, formally approving said agreement and authorizing
the proper City officials to execute same; 3
