WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, adopted Resolution 60 - 59 on July 18, 1960, pertaining
to the property of A. Waller Smith and Eva Smith' his wife, located
at the foot of Pierce Street in Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to supplement said Resolution
60 - 59 by reason of a reverter provision in Trustees of the Internal
