among others, that local interest furnish free of cost to the
United States all necessary lands and rights of way required for
the improvement, and for subsequent maintenance when and as re-
k quired; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, is the owner
in fee simple of certain property situated in Pinellas County,
State of Florida over which it will be necessary to obtain an
easement in connection with the completion and maintenance of
the above-described project; and
WHEREAS the WEST COAST INLAND NAVIGATION DISTRICT
