WHEREAS said Ordinance is found to be in order and pro

adopted, accept said franchise and agree to comply with the terms
and conditions thereof, and furthermore, to comply with all reason-
able ordinances passed by the City of Dunedin not in conflict with
the terms of said franchise; and
WHEREAS said Ordinance No. 340 of the City of Dunedin
provided that upon the receipt by the City of Dunedin of a certi-
fied copy of the resolution aforesaid, that said ordinance and
the franchise therein provided should become effective for all

y ` z NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COAISSION OF SHE CITY OF CLEARWATER DLORIDA,

forth in its Ordinance No. 310, duly passed and adopted on the
7th day of September, 1960, be, and the same is hereby accepted,
