WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, by and througn
its City Commission, has determined that it is desirable for the
best interest of the general public to extend and realign a por-
tion of the right-of-way from Pierce Street within the City of
Clearwater, Florida; and
11hS EASI the City of Clearwater has acquired title to the
following describes real property for use as an additional right-
of-way in connection with the extension and realignment of Pierce
street:
Lot 3, Block Z, Hibiscus Gardens,
according to map or plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 14Page 57,
Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, the Clay of Clearwater does now desire to for-
mally dedicate said right-of-way for public use particularly with
respect to street purposes.
