NO. 60 - 63
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, FloridaI by and through
its City Commission, has determined that it is desirable to
extend the right-of-way for Carlton Street; and
WHEREAS the City of Clearwater has acquired the follow-
ing described real property for use as additional right-of-way
with the extension of Carlton Street:
Lot 8, Block G. Fairmont Subdivision, accord-
ing to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 9, Page 85, Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.
PLOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARVIATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSIUN DULY
AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described real property be and the
same is hereby dedicated for use by the general public as street
right-of-way, or such other public uses as may hereafter be
deemed necessary by the City Commission, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block G, Fairmont Subdivision, accord-
ing to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 9, Page 85, Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.
2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its passage, and the original hereof shall be duly filed in
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. .
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this ist day of August, A.D., 1960.
