struction 't'rust Fund, dated October 21, 19590 by the First
National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof, to
the First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, in payment
for `t'rustee's compensation, as provided in said Agreement,
to April 21, 1960.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be de-
livered forthwith to said Trustee, which certified copy
shall constitute the direction of the City of Clearwater
to said 't'rustee to pay said amount directly to itself 'o
PASSED AND ADUP'TED, this l8th day of July, 1960.
