the City bf Clearwater, Florida, that the property described be-

do so, the City should clean such property and charge the costs

r NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of
the City of Clearwater Florida that the following described pro-
perty, situate in said City, shall be cleaned of weeds, grass and/or
Y underbrush within ten (10) days after notice in writing to the owners
thereof to do so and that upon failure to comply with said notice, the
City shall perform such cleaning and charge the costs thereof against
