being cancelled of record. .

FOLLOWS :
1. That the un-numbered resolution of the City of
Clearwater, dated July 6, 1954, and recorded in Deed Book 1487, ak
at Page 539 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, a .;
be, and the sane is hereby revoked.
2. That the City Clerk, is hereby authorized and in-
structed to cause this revocation of easement to be duly filed
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. f
3. That the certain Easement recorded in Deed ]hook
1574, Page 129, hereinabove referred to be, and the same is a ,
hereby revoked, pursuant to a new easement simultaneously s ,
to be filed herewith in the Public Records of said County.
