to extend its water main across the Atlantic Coast Line
?t`:M.?,;. Railroad Company, in the vicinity of the Railroad's mile
post RE-883, at a point 1775 feet northwardly, measured
along the center line of the main track, in Clearwater,
Iinellas <p?:.._?:,..... • County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to
that effect for formal execution by its corporate officers,
;,_,,. _.,,•. as well as the proper municipal officers of the City of
Clearwater; and
I-EiEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution
be adopted by said City, formally approving said agree»
ment and authorizing the proper City officials to exe-
cute same;

SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS :
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate

municipal officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby
authorized and empowered to execute a certain agreement
with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, bearing
date of June 6, 1960, in connection with the installation

of and extension of the water line across the right of way
i? and under the tracks of said Railroad Company at Clearwater,
in the vicinity of 1775 feet northwardly, measured along
