^?` •=;'; 111'1 ^ WHER ES the City of Clearwater has found it necepsary
' to extend its storm sewer lines under property of the Sea-
' board Air Line Railroad at a point 1,110 feet, more or less,
southwardly from the Railroad's Mile Post 875, in Clearwater,
Pinellas County, Florida, and extend its sanitary sewer pipe
under property of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad at a point
11086 feet more or less, southward3, from the Railroad's Mile

Pinellas Count Florida; and
Post 875, in Clearwater
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to that
effect for formal execution by its corporate officers, as well
r•;.".' as the proper municipal officers of the City of Clearwater;

adopted by said City, formally approving said agreement and
authorizing the Mayor to execute sane,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C0141ISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWIXER IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY

That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate muni-
cipal.officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized
and empowered to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard
Air Line Railroad, bearing date of June 6th, , 1960; in connec-
tion with the laying of a setter line under the property and
tracks of the Railroad, 1,110 feet, more or less, southwardly
from the Railroad's Mile Post 875, in Clearwater, Pinellas
County, Florida, and the laying of a sanitary sewer pipe under
property of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad at a point 1,086
feet, more or legs, southwardly from the Railroad's MLile
Post 875, in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida.
