necessary to extend its water lines across property of
the Seaboard Air Line Railroad, in the vicinity of the
Largo
Railroad's/Spur, Track SV-22, at a point 1,016 feet,
more or less, southwardly from the point of switch in Clear-
water, Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement
to that effect for formal execution by its corporate
officers, as well as the proper municipal officers of
the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution
to be-adopted by said City, formally approving said
agreement and authorizing the Mayor to execute same;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
CO&SSION OF ?HE CITY OF CLEARWATER, IN
SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor,, together with the other appropriate
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby
authorized and empowered to execute a certain agreement
with the Seaboard Air Line Railroad, bearing date of
May 16 , 1960, in connection with the laying of a water
line under the property and tracks of the Railroad, in
Largo
the vicinity of the Railroad's/Spur, Track SV-22, at a
point 1,016 feet, more or less, southwardly from the point of
switch'i•iri Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 16 day of May, A.D., 1960.
