WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has found it necessary
to extend its water lines across property of the Seaboard Air
Line Railroad, in the vicinity of Hercules Avenue, Clearwater,
Florida;, and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an application
agreement to that effect for formal execution by its corporate
officers, as well as the proper municipal officers of the City
of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS the Railroad has requested a Resolution to
be adopted by tie said City formally approving acid applica-
tion agreement and authorizing the Mayor to execute same;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMkSSION OF ' HE CITY OF CLEARWATER, IN
SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby
authorized and empowered to execute a certain application
agreement with the Seaboard Air Line Railroad bearing date
of May 2 1960, in connection with the laying of a water
line under the property and tracks of the Railroad, in the
vicinity of Hercules Avenue, Clearwater, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 2nd day of May, A.D.,1960.
