".s. , .'t"- r _-.'^:r;.:• i+;', firs ^-:?,..'?' ?a?k?r 111fi% WHEREAS, after public hearing on the 17th day-of 195-2-, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, determined that certain work and improvements hereinafter r described should be done and made: and, t;IHEREAS, pursuant thereto said improvements have been made as follows: Construct necessary drainage in Brookside Drive. Said necessary drainage consists of two catch basins, approximately 220 lineal feet of 12" storm sewers, and approximately 460 lineal ft. of 8-inch subsurface drainage pipe and resurfacing of Drookside Drive, from Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard to Druid Road. The properties facing and abutting these improvements are deemed to derive special benefits therefrom. WHEdEAS, under the provisions of Section 123 and other per- tinent provisions of the City Charter, after said improvements shall have been completed, the City Commission shall assess the cyst thereof against the properties facing and abutting and receiving benefits from said improvements so made; and, WHEREAS, certain parcels of real estate facing and abut- tint; and in the vicinity of said improvements have been benefitted thereby and the pro-rata cost thereof shall be assessed against such property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGU- LARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOrIS: 1. That the above described improvements in the area s' Brookside Drive, from Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard to Druid Road with the following schedule: Re6o. 60-22 _ be and the same are hereby accepted and approved as having been completed 2.
