WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has obtained
title to certain properties which will be the subject
of State road rights-of-way for Myrtle Avenue Exten-
sion, in accordance with the attached thermofax copies
of said deeds; and,
?HEREAS, it is necessary to approve formal exe-
cution and delivery of said instruments in order to con-
vey the lands from the City of Clearwater to the State
Road Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
CO?841SSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY AssmBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and other appropriate City
officials be and they are hereby authorized to execute
the originals of the thermofax copies of deeds hereto
attached and made a part hereof.
2. That upon proper execution of the original
of said deeds the City Manager is instructed to cause the
same to be.delivered to the State Road Department and re-
corded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be
forwarded to the State Road Department at Tallahassee,
Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 7th day of March, 1960.
