WHEREAS the City of Clearwater, Florida, is with-
in an area wh1ch will be very greatly affected if said

';``t national defense and welfare of the United States that
MacDill Air Force Base be continued in operation at,

higher state of readiness and more economic operation than

WHEREAS, thousands of retired Service personnel have
