WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been request-
ed to vacate a certain easement hereafter described in
return for receipt by the City of-an easement substitut-
ing necessary right-of-way over a different portion of
the area hereinafter described; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater now holds an ease-
ment from Leighton 0. Hester covering the following des-
cribed property in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
The Westerly six feet of the Easterly Ten feet
of Lot 29, Unit III, Island Estates of Clear-
water, as shown on-Plat Book 47, Page 62, of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and accordingly the said Leighton 0. Hester has requested
passage of this Resolution in order to release the proper-
ty formerly burdened by an easement hereinafter described;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TI£ CITY COMMISSION
