MIEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been named
defendant in a certain Chancery Court proceeding,
being Chancery No. 53,711, instituted by Herbert
A. Brauer and Redwig Joan Brauer, his wife; and,
WEREAS; the City desires that said action
be defended and that the City Attorney he instruct-'
ed to handle said matter;
NMI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSI01.1.0F THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, IN SESSI011
DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
