1. That the City of Clean-rater accept the certain '
fee simple decd from the First National Bank of Clearwater,
dated November 6, 1959, and in roturn therefor execute a
fee simple deed in favor of the first National Bank of
Clearwater, thus correcting the recorded description, so
as to get the exact location of a 10t. alleyway running
along the Northern boundary of Lots l and 2 of Earll and
Tates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Booh. 1, Page 20,
Public Records of Hillsborough County, of which Pinellas "
County was formerly a part.
2. That the appropriate officials of the City of
Clearwater are authorized to execute the said fee simple
deed in order to carry out the purpoacs of this Resolution.
