bringing outstanding praise to the City as well as visitors
who might have otherwise by-passed Clearwater, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that said activities of
the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Clearwater have been in-
strumental in persuading such visitors who were entertained
under said program to make the City of Clearwater their
permanent home, and
WHEREAS, the entire City of Clearwater received substan-
tial benefits from this as well as other activities on
account of the efforts of said organization, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission for
itself, as well as for the people of Clearwater, to express
its commendation and appreciation to the Junior Chamber of
Commerce of Clearwater, Florida, as well as to the persons
who aided and assisted in the program
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY
ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, hereby expresses its commendation and appreciation
to the Tunior Chamber of Commerce and all the members part-
icipating in the project.
2. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, also wishes to express its appreciation to all other
citizens of the City of Clearwater who may have assisted the
Junior Chamber of Commerce in conducting the program.
