1959, the following sealed proposal has been received:

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA: in session duly and regularly assembled, as follows:
Section 1. That the proposal of JOHN NUVEEN & CO., INC., referred
to in the preamble hereof, be and the same is hereby accepted, and the
following described Bonds of the City of Clearwater, Florida, be and they
