R E S O L U T I O N
No. 59-82

Z'MEREAS, the City of Clearwater has found it-
necessary to extend its wator lines across property
of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad, in the vicinity
of the north East corner of Flagler Drive and Ridge
Road, Highland Pines, Sixth Addition, Clearwater,
Florida; and,
11HEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an Agreement
to that effect for formal execution by its corporate
officers, as well as the proper municipal officers
of the City of Clearwater; and,
MIEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution
to be adopted by the said City formally approving the
said Agreement and authorizing the Mayor to execute the
same;
N(W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
14ISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAMTATER, IN SESSION
DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLi,0IS:
1. That the Mayor, together with the other appro-
priate municipal officers of the City of Clearwater, are
hereby authorized and empowered to execute a certain
Agreement w„itkj the Seaboard Air Line Railroad, dated
September Xfd, , 1959, in connection with the laying of
a water line under the property and tracks of the Rail-
road in the vicinity of the North East corner of Flagler
Drive and Ridge Road, Highland Pines, Sixth Addition,
Clearwater, Florida. .

1959.
