PROVIDED, HOWEVER,-that if the State Road Depart-
ment of Florida shall absorb in excess of $100,000.00
of the cost of such project, then, and in such event,
the City of Clearwater will reduce the amount of its
said commitment by an amount`equgl to such excess, except
that in any event the amount of the City's said commit-
ment shall not be reduced below the sum of $100,000.00.
PROVIDED, FURTHER, that any sums paid or committed
by said City of Clearwater pursuant to this Resolution
shall only be paid in equal'amo'unts within the time
limits of two fiscal years from and after visible com-
mencement of construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that•a copy'of this Resolu-
tion be forwarded to the County Commissioners of Pinellas
County, Florida, and the State Road Department of Blorida,
